Everyone knows the distinctively aromatic scent that the non-resinous wood of the genuine cypress emits. In contrast, the look of the wood is modest and simple. Straight grain and a fine uniform structure characterize this veneer. The fine late growth zones lend a refined air in the beige to yellowish-brown primary color and produce faint flowery or striped textures.
