      Exciting tasks await you:

        • Your tasks will include processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations.
        • From the preparation of quotations to the coordination of delivery, you will always be the point of contact for the custome.
        • You will actively support the sales representatives with administrative tasks.
        • You will also maintain and intensify existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers.
        • You will be responsible for order processing, including the preparation of delivery documents and invoices.
        • Your tasks include cooperation with the marketing department in the interfaces of sales promotion, community management and other customer-relevant interfaces.
        • In addition, you will conduct correspondence in both German and English to ensure smooth communication with customers and business partners.
        • Thanks to your outstanding organizational skills, you will always maintain an overview and ensure that internal processes run smoothly.


        What you should bring:

          You have commercial training or professional experience in internal sales or customer service. You have good communication skills and enjoy customer contact. You are a communicative person and have a talent for organization. You enjoy working in a team and have already gained experience in sales – preferably in the areas of veneer, spliced veneer, sawn timber or with similar natural materials. A hands-on mentality, commitment and motivation characterize your working style and round off your profile. MS Office skills are available; experience with CRM software and how it works is desirable, as are a very good command of German and a good command of English.
