This Data Privacy Statement applies to all of our websites and domains. Our websites may for convenience and for further information contain links to other third party websites. We are not responsible for any information or content provided by such third party websites. Personal Data, which you may provide to third parties, do not fall under our Data Privacy Statement. 2.    Personal Data

Personal Data according to Section 3 BDSG (German Data Protection Act) is all individual information about personal or factual information of determined or determinable natural person.

3.    None Personal Data

None Personal Data is such information needed to use the website and to provide services, which cannot be connected to your person. We gather and analyze None Personal Data to evaluate the usage of our websites, e.g. the name of your internet provider, the page referring to us or the name of the visited site.

4.    Inquiring and Processing of Personal Data

4.1    At initiation, conclusion, execution and reversed transaction of a sales agreement, data will be gathered according to the legal rules and regulations, they will be filed and processed.
4.2    While visiting our websites, we will inquire the IP-Address of your computer, date and time, the type of internet browser and the operation system as well as the visited website. Conclusions on your personal data are not possible and not intended.
4.3    Further personal data will not be inquired, unless such information will be provided by yourself voluntarily, e.g. while registering, for the execution of a contract or any request of information. The personal data provided with an order or by email (e.g. name and contact information), will be processed for communication purposes with you only, as far as for your purpose provided.

5.    Use and Transfer of Personal Data

5.1    We use personal data provided by yourself only to offer you better services and to improve the administration of our websites.
5.2    We provide your information only to the carrier assigned with your order, as far as it is necessary for the delivery of your order. To execute payments, we provide your payment information to the applicable credit institution.
5.3    Your personal data will not be bought, leased from or sold to or left to third parties, unless,
•    it is necessary to execute the contract or you have expressly agreed to it. It can be necessary that we need to provide your address and order information to our suppliers to process your order properly;
•    we have received a proper authorized  data retrieval of a governmental agency;

•    it is necessary to prevent misuse/fraud respectively to protect our own rights and property.

6.    Deletion of Data

Personal Data, which has been provided by our website, will only be saved until the purpose has been fulfilled it was provided for. As far as retention periods according to Trade- and Tax Law have to be obeyed, the saving of certain data can be up to ten (10) years.

7.    Use of Cookies

7.1    Cookies are data files, which are put on the hard drive of your computer; they avoid the reoffering of your necessary data.
7.2    We use cookies for statistical purposes, e.g. web analyses, web controlling, continuus improvement of our website, marketing and sales of Schorn & Groh GmbH.

8.    Data Collection by use of Google Analytics
